Conventionally, microsurgery scalpels made of steel, diamond, saphire, ruby, etc. have been used under microscopes in ophthalmology and neurosurgery, but these scalpels are extremely The wall thickness is thin, and the tip is extremely sharp. Especially when the material is artificial stone, there is no toughness, and the tip of the scalpel is easily broken.

The inventors of the present invention have conducted extensive research in order to eliminate the defects of the conventional microsurgical scalpels mentioned above, and have found that the fixing member of the scalpel part can be coaxially inserted into the holder body simply by pressing the pressing member. This book was developed based on the knowledge that a microsurgery scalpel that can be slid in and out and that the female part can be sufficiently protected by being constructed so that the female part is inserted and stored in the holder body can be obtained. This is what we came up with.

That is, in the present invention, the fixing member of the female part can be slid coaxially into and out of the tip cylinder part and the holder body by sliding the first sliding rod and the second sliding rod, and the female part is In a microsurgery scalpel configured to be inserted into and stored in a holder body, the holder body is provided with a first fixing cylinder member and a second fixing cylinder member each having a concave portion in which a pin is fixed, By providing a pin on the second sliding rod,
The first sliding rod and the second sliding rod are slid by pressing the pressing member against the spring disposed between the tip tube portion and the spring retaining ring, and the pin is implanted in the second sliding rod. When the pin is locked in the concave part of the second fixed cylindrical member, the female part protrudes from the tip cylinder part and held, and when the pressing member is pressed with the pin locked in the concave part of the second fixed cylindrical member, the pin slides from the recess of the second fixed cylinder member to the recess of the first fixed cylinder member and then releases the pressing force, the pin is guided to the slit of the second fixed cylinder member and the female part returns to the holder together with the female fixing member. This invention relates to a microsurgery scalpel characterized by being configured to be inserted and stored in the front part of the main body.

The movement of the pin 14 at this time is the opposite movement to that described above, and can be explained based on FIG. 9. That is, in a state where the female part 12 protrudes beyond the tip tube part 1, the pin 14 is located in the recess 8 of the second fixed tube member 8.
2 and presses the pressing member 6 again, the pin 14 hits the recess 72 of the first fixed cylinder member 7 as shown by the arrow in FIG. , the pin 14 is connected to the second fixed cylinder member 8
The female part 12 is guided into the slit 83 and returns to the original state shown in FIG.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, when the surgeon hands the microsurgery scalpel to a surgical assistant after surgery, the scalpel can be immediately retracted with a single touch by pressing the pressing part. When used in surgery, etc., when the pressing part is pressed, the first sliding rod, the second sliding rod, and the scalpel fixing member move forward in order, and the scalpel part 12 is held so as to protrude from the distal end cylinder part, so that the scalpel part is held securely. Does not require a cap etc. for protection. Therefore, it has the effect of being able to very easily prevent the female part from breaking.
