なし、また、貯氷室19の側壁部には切削刃20
と粉砕刃22を配設し、この粉砕刃22を選択的
に貯氷室19内に臨ませて切削以外に粉砕を行な
うように構成されている。当然のことながら切削
された氷粉および粉砕された氷塊は貯氷室19の
側壁に形成した排出口23より取り出すのである
が、前記排出口23が一定の大きさであることか
ら切削時に所要の粒より大きい氷屑まで排出され
るという問題があつた。

発明の構成 上記目的を達成するために本発明の氷削り兼氷

に切削刃と、係止部を形成した氷塊排出用の開口
と、切換レバーの操作により、貯氷室に突出する
粉砕刃と、粉砕刃が貯氷室より後退したとき前記
氷塊排出用の開口の一部をふさぐ貯氷室の内壁に
添つた可動壁と、前記粉砕刃と可動壁が連結して
可動するリング機構を有し、可動壁は氷塊排出用
の開口をふさいだ状態で前記氷塊排出用の開口の
係止部と係合し貯氷室の放斜方向に固定される構
造にしたもので、この構造によれば氷の切削時切
削刃の前方に位置する可動壁が貯氷室と一体とな
るため切削時の氷の動きがなくきれいな切削片お
よび氷の割れがなく、また氷の粉砕には氷塊の排
出にも支障がなく一つの貯氷室で上質な氷の切削
と粉砕ができ、しかもその操作がワンタツチで行
なえて、使い勝手の良いものである。

説明する。第1図〜第9図において1は氷削り兼
粉砕機本体(以下本体と称す)で、この本体1の
内部上方には円筒形の貯氷室2を設けている。こ
の貯氷室2の内底部外周には溝2aを設けてあ
り、この溝2aの最も低い所には水抜き穴2bを
形成し、そしてこの水抜き穴2bにはホース3が
接続され、前記貯氷室2で発生した水を下方の水
受皿4へ導いている。また貯氷室2の内部には、
貯氷室2の中心に軸支され、かつ上面に放射状に
のびた複数枚の回転羽根5aをもつ有底円板5を
設けている。この回転羽根5aは反回転方向に曲
げられ、したがつて回転時に氷を貯氷室2の氷を
側壁に押しつけつつ移動させる役目をなす。また
貯氷室2の前側壁部には、2つの開口8a,8b
を形成しており、両開口8a,8bより貯氷室2
内に切削刃6と粉砕刃7が出入自在に配設されて
いる。前記切削刃6が出入する開口8aは氷塊排
出用として大きな開口であつて、粉砕刃7よりも
回転方向に進んだ位置にあり、しかも反回転方向
の側縁には係止部8a′を突設している。

いて可動壁10の一部が係止部8a′の内側に係り
合い、外方に動かない関係をもつている(第3
図、第7図参照)。

と粉砕が確実にできるという効果を奏するもので
ある。また前記可動壁10の固定を確実に行なう
ことにより良品な切削片を得ることができるとい
う効果がある。
