Claims (1)
- 回転自在に支持された回転軸の一端に羽根車を
装着した遠心圧縮機において、羽根車の背面と対
向するように回転軸外周にバランスピストンを嵌
合状態に固定し、このバランスピストン外周部と
静止側との間にラビリンスシールを配設して、羽
根車背面とバランスピストンとの間に、吐出側に
連通する背部空間を形成したことを特徴とする遠
心圧縮機の羽根車背部シール装置。
