マニホルド圧力に応じて前記換気すべき室内と前
記過給機の上流とが連通する第1態様及び前記換
気すべき室内と前記過給機の下流とが連通する第
2態様に択一的に切り換える切換手段を設けてな
り、前記吸気マニホルド圧力が所定値以上の時は
前記第1態様に且つ前記吸気マニホルド圧力が所
定値以下の時は前記第2態様に切り換えることを
