DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a container with a seal lid and a method for manufacturing the same, and particularly relates to a container with a seal lid and a method for manufacturing the same, in which the opening of the container can be reinforced with a double flange. It relates to its manufacturing method.

However, conventional methods have the drawback that when the seal lid is removed, the container main body is deformed by the peeling force due to lack of rigidity on the side of the container body, making it impossible to peel off the seal lid easily. In particular, containers using aluminum laminate, which is widely used as the material for the container body, are inconvenient in use.

Therefore, the present invention makes it possible to easily remove the seal lid by increasing the rigidity of the opening edge on which the seal lid is stretched, thereby efficiently obtaining a container with a sealed lid and a container with such a seal lid. The purpose is to provide a fixed manufacturing method that can be used.

(Measures to Solve the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention configures a container with a seal lid by providing a flange portion made of a double layer on the opening portion of a container body, and the container with a seal lid After forming a flat flange on the opening edge of the main body, the flange is folded back to form a double layer, or the flange of the double layer is further heat-treated to be heat-fused to each other. It is characterized by the fact that it is made to do so.

(Function) According to the above means, the opening edge of the container body on which the seal lid is attached is reinforced, so that this part does not deform and the seal lid can be easily removed. Become,
Further, the double flange portion is formed continuously, so that such a container with a sealed lid can be manufactured efficiently.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of a container with a seal lid according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cutaway side view of the container with a seal lid, and the container body 1 of the container constitutes a shallow tray having a rectangular shape in plan. and
This is manufactured by drawing as described below. The material of this container body 1 is a polyester layer (
A so-called laminate material is used in which a layer (thickness: 12 μm), an aluminum layer (thickness: 7 μm), and a polypropylene layer (thickness: 70 μm) are sequentially laminated.

By the way, a flange portion 2 is formed to project approximately horizontally from the opening edge of the container body 1q. The flange portion 2 is continuously provided in a rectangular shape along the edge of the rectangular opening, and the straight portion of the edge is formed into a double layer. This double layer is formed by folding back the extension piece 3 of the flange portion 2. Note that this double layer may be integrally joined by folding back the extended overhanging piece 3 and then heat-treating the extended overhanging piece 3 to heat-seal the extended overhanging piece 3.

To attach a seal lid (not shown) to the container body 1 having the above-described structure, the periphery of the seal lid is adhered or heat-sealed to the upper surface of the flange portion 2. When taking out the contents inside the container body 1, the seal lid is peeled off from the corner. In this case, since the flange portion 2 is composed of a double layer, its rigidity is high, and therefore deformation of the seal lid due to peeling force is suppressed, and the seal lid can be peeled off stably.

The flange portion 2 of the container body 1 described above has a double layer formed of the extended overhanging pieces 3 only on its straight portion, and the R portions at the four corners have low rigidity.

Therefore, if a double layer consisting of extended overhanging pieces 103 is formed over the entire circumference of the flange portion 102 of the container body 101 as shown in FIG. The effect increases uniformly, and the above effect becomes even more effective.

However, in molding the container main body 101 shown in FIG. 3, there is a problem in molding that wrinkles are likely to occur at the four corner R portions when folding back the extended overhanging piece 103. Therefore,
As shown in FIG. 4, the straight part of the flange part 202 of the container body 201 is made into a double layer by folding the extended overhang piece 203 in the same way as shown in FIG. However, if a double layer is formed in this portion by folding back the extended overhanging piece 203a which is discontinuous with the extended overhanging piece, the above-mentioned difficulty in molding can be solved.

Further, the upper end surface of the punch 12 and the upper end surface of the wrinkle presser 13 are usually aligned so that they are at the same height, and the container material 16 is placed on top of them with a rubber material 15 interposed therebetween. The rubber material 15 is made of, for example, urethane rubber that has excellent elastic recovery properties, and in this embodiment, has a Shore hardness of 4.

On the other hand, a die 17 and a knockout 18 are disposed directly above the material 16 so as to be movable up and down. The die 17 presses the peripheral edge of the material 16, and is connected to a ram 21 via a die holder 20. Further, the knockout 18 presses down the center portion of the material 16 (1), and can move up and down independently of the die 17.

After the material 16 is set on the rubber material 15 as shown in the figure, the die 17 and the knockout 18 are simultaneously lowered as shown in FIG. The material 16 is placed between the die 17 and the wrinkle presser 13.
When descending while grasping the periphery of the punch 12,
The material 16 is drawn according to the shape. This occasion,
The rubber material 15 between the nosonchi 12 and the material 16 is always in close contact with the material 16, regardless of the progress stage of the drawing process, so the drawing part of the material 16 is always held down during the forming process. It is possible to prevent wrinkles from forming during drawing.

In order to obtain the container body 201 as shown in FIG. 4, the four corners of the flange portion 202 of the product obtained through the molding process shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 are shaped into a triangular shape as shown in FIG. After cutting it out, it is necessary to form a V-shaped notch 204 at the corner of the oblique side to form the extension piece 203. Incidentally, instead of the V-shaped notch 204, a U-shaped notch may be formed, which is more advantageous in terms of preventing the occurrence of cracks.
