- 化粧板と、この化粧板の裏面に添設された透孔
を有する弾性シート材と、この弾性シート材の透
孔に充填され弾性シート材を散点状に化粧板に接
着する弾性接着剤と、弾性シート材の裏面に結合
する繊維入り硬化性塑造物質とを備えたことを特
徴とする複合パネル。
