Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture of a burner by a method wherein two grooves are formed at right and left symmetrical positions of a central bent part, respectively, and each of these grooves and the central bent part are bent back to form the burner. CONSTITUTION:A first groove 3 for forming a gas introducing part, a second groove 4 for forming flame holes and concave and convex portions 5a-5c for flame holes are punched out in a metallic plate 1 and then press formed. Upon completion of pressing of this member, the member is bent at the central bent part 2 into two portions and then the abutting portions are spot welded. Mixture gas is passed through a flue gas feeding passage 7 and a flame is generated at flame holes 9 from a flow regulator part 8.

9に於い℃、火炎を発生する。
