Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a panel wherein appearance can be made beautiful and cutting for altering a dimension can be easily performed, by extruding a plurality of linear materials onto the panel simultaneously with the extrusion molding of the panel and integrally adhering the linear materials to the flat surface of the panel in a softened state without using an adhesive. し成形するに当り、表面がまだ半溶融状態にある時K、
この表面上に同種材質からなる線状体(ヒゴ)を任意に
着色して平行に押出して配置する。両者はその表面が固
化する状態になっていないので、接着剤を必要とせず接
着して一体のパネルに構成されるものである。こうして
接着工程が省略できるだけではなく、接着剤による汚れ
の除去工程が必要なくなるので、表面は美麗であり、し
かも、コストヲ低減できる。
