【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は地下ケーブル管に新しいケーブルを挿
通設置する際に使用される案内線の通線機に関す
るものである。

が、この種従来導線を引き出すために使用される

ル管に挿通した後に導線を案内線に接続しこれを

又、硬質ビニールパイプを使用した場合には、ビ
ニールパイプを継き足しながらケーブル管に挿し
込んで貫通させ導線を案内線に接続してこれを引
き抜き、この際にビニールパイプの連結個所を外
しながら引き抜く方法が用いられ、そのためにそ
の通線作業は4人の人力と20分位の時間を要し、
その通線作業はどちらの場合も多くの人力と時間
のかかる非能率的なものである等の欠点があつ
た。

の外輪枠部2のみに固着し、リール1の一方の
面、即ち外輪枠部2の側の面にのみスポーク5を
備えさせることによりリール1の他方の面、即ち
外輪枠部3の側の面をスポーク5から解放せしめ
て形成し、このリール1のU字枠部4で形成され
るリール1の内周にビニールパイプ7をその可撓
性により回巻保持自在せしめて形成し、移送輪8
は上下のカタピラ9,10を一対としてこれらカ
タピラ9,10の互の軌道面を接面重合自在せし
めて設置し、各カタピラ9,10はゴム履板11
を備えせしめてこのゴム履板11の中央部にビニ
ールパイプ7を案内する条溝12を穿設せしめて
形成し、前記下部カタピラ10を固定し、上部の
カタピラ9をスクリユウ軸13により上下動自在
せしめて形成し、前記リール1を架台14にその
車軸6で回転自在に枢着設置し、移送輪8をリー
ル1のスポーク5から解放されている面の側で且
リール1の前方位置に配置すると共に、この移送
輪8はビニールパイプ7をリール1に送り戻す高
さ位置で且前方下向へ所定角度を設けて架台15
に設置せしめて構成する。

ール1から引き出されたビニールパイプ7を第6
図に示すように、マンホール17,17′間に埋
設された地下ケーブル管18に送り込むだけで極
めて容易に貫通させることができる。又、移送輪
8は2個のキヤタピラ9,10によりビニールパ
イプ7を挾着すると共にゴム履板11に備える条
溝によつて案内されるので、その引き出し及び巻
き戻しに際してはビニールパイプ7を傷めること
なく確実に挾持すると共に正しい方向へ引張させ
ることができる。

により移動性をも向上させ、尚更に硬質ビニール
パイプを巻回可能とするリールの提供により長尺
物の硬質ビニールパイプを切断等することなく格
納保存管理を簡便にし、本願通線機以外に広く利
用せしめ得る等の利点がある。
