し、該可動フランジの少なくとも前面周縁部を円
錐面で構成して両フランジの円錐面間にゴムリン
グを挟設し、前記シヤフトに螺合させたナツトを
前記アンカプレートの前面に回転自在に当接係合
させると共に、前記可動フランジより後方の空間
と前記アンカプレートより前方の空間とを連通さ
せる通路を前記シヤフトに貫通形成し、前記通路
を開閉するバルブを前記シヤフトの前端部に装着
