DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a connection device for a composite device that uses a combination of a parent device and a child device that are used independently. Conventionally, for example, a tape recorder with a radio is used by combining a radio main unit as a parent device with a tape recorder main unit as a child device, or a tape recorder main body as a parent device and a radio main unit as a child device. There is a composite audio equipment configured as follows, and in such a composite audio equipment, it is possible to use the functions of the slave equipment to improve the sound quality and to hear high-power sound. It was also possible to add other functions and set it as a parent device that could be used at the same time. However, in such composite audio equipment, when the two devices, which can be used independently, are combined, it is necessary to electrically connect the circuit sections with a connector section consisting of multiple pin jacks and pin plugs. A pin jack is disposed on the bottom of the device, and a pin plug is disposed on the bottom of the storage recess on the parent device, so that the child device is stored in the storage recess of the parent device from above. Therefore, in such a conventional connection method, the connection direction is limited to the vertical direction, and it is necessary to configure the connector portion, which consists of a pin jack and a pin plug, to always be placed on the bottom side of both devices. On the other hand, child devices must be miniaturized due to their original purpose, and limiting the location of the connector section is disadvantageous because freedom in circuit and mechanical design is lost. In addition, if a foreign object such as a finger gets into the storage recess when only the parent device is in use with the child device removed from the storage recess of the parent device, the connector section is located at the bottom of the storage recess. Therefore, it is easy to come into contact with the connector, and there is a risk that induced noise, induced hum, etc. generated by the human body will be guided to the connector and affect the audio signal, etc., and there is also a risk that it may be damaged. Furthermore, dust and the like tend to accumulate, leading to poor contact. The present invention aims to provide an extremely suitable connection device for composite devices that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and also prevents external induced noise and induced noise at the connection point when both devices are used independently. It is an object of the present invention to provide a connection device for a composite device that does not pick up hum or the like and is not affected by dust or the like. An embodiment thereof will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the figure, 1 is a radio main unit (i.e., a main device) having a storage recess 2 in the center and speakers 3, 3', etc. on the left and right sides of the radio main unit 1; The main body of the tape recorder (i.e., the slave device) is housed from above (i.e., from the direction of the lost mark A) and can be used independently. and the tape recorder main body 4
, a plurality of connection conductive patterns 6 are formed at a predetermined pitch on a printed circuit board 5 inside thereof, and a plurality of connection conductive patterns 6 are formed on the back of the casing corresponding to the printed circuit board 5. An opening 7 is formed. 8 is attached to the housing of the tape recorder main body 4 to open and close the opening 7 (that is, the operating shafts 9, 9' and the elongated holes 10, 1).
An opening/closing plate provided (slidably via 0'),
The opening/closing plate 8 is always moved in the direction of the misprint A (that is, the conductive pattern 6 for each connection) by the springs 11, 11'.
. Note that 12 is a guide rib that guides and holds the opening/closing plate 8. Reference numeral 13 denotes an operating projecting wall provided in the storage recess 2 of the radio main body 1 to operate the opening/closing plate 8 in connection with storing or removing the tape recorder main body 4 from the storage recess 2; When the tape recorder main body 4 is stored in the storage recess 2 of the radio main body 1 , it comes into contact with the operating shafts 9, 9' of the opening/closing plate 8, and moves the opening/closing plate 8 in the opposite direction of arrow A (i.e., each connection The conductive patterns 6... are slid to the open position where the opening 7 is opened so as to face the outside of the housing. Reference numeral 14 indicates the tape recorder main body 4 when the tape recorder main body 4 is stored in the storage recess 2 of the radio main body 1 .
This is an auxiliary recess formed in the inner wall of the storage recess 2 to correspond to the opening 7 of No. 4 . 15 can freely protrude into the auxiliary recess 14 so as to be brought into contact with and separated from the back surface through the respective conductive patterns 6 for connection and the openings 7 (i.e., as shown in FIG. A plurality of connecting elastic tongues 15 are rotatably provided via a rotation shaft 17 rotatably supported in the auxiliary recess 14, and each of the connecting elastic tongues 15 is a torsion spring. 18, 18' always in the clockwise direction (i.e., the storage position stored in the auxiliary recess 14)
is assisted by. 19 and 19' are attached to the rotating shaft 17 to operate the connecting elastic tongues 15 in connection with storing or removing the tape recorder main body from the storage recess 2 of the radio main body 1. (see FIG. 5), and the operating rods 19, 19' protrude from the auxiliary recess 14 when the connecting elastic tongues 15 are in the storage position (i.e., the recess 2 in a state of being protruded inward). Therefore, when the tape recorder main body 4 is stored in the storage recess 2 of the radio main body 1 , the operating rods 19, 19' are connected to the bottom of the housing of the tape recorder main body 4 as shown in FIG. Contact rotation axis 1
7, each of the connecting elastic tongues 15 is rotated counterclockwise (ie, to a protruding position protruding from the auxiliary recess 14 so as to come into contact with each of the connecting conductive patterns 6). In addition, 20... is a lead wire,
At this time, the operating rods 19, 19' are housed in the auxiliary recess 14. The device of the present invention is configured as described above,
Next, the operation will be explained in detail. Storage Operation First, when the tape recorder main body 4 is stored in the storage recess 2 of the radio main body 1 from the direction of arrow A, the opening/closing plate 8 is closed by the operating projecting wall 13 as shown in FIG. From the position spring 11,
11' to the open position (see Fig. 4) in the opposite direction of arrow A, and the respective connecting elastic tongues 15 are retracted by the operating rods 19, 19'. From the position torsion spring 18,
18' to the protruding position counterclockwise to make electrical and elastic contact with each of the connection conductive patterns 6 through the openings 7. The circuit parts of the radio main body part 1 and the tape recorder main body part 4 can be electrically connected to each other, so that the tape recorder with radio can function. Detachment Operation Next, when the tape recorder body 4 is detached from the storage recess 2 of the radio body 1 for portable use, the operating rods 19, 19' and the casing of the tape recorder body 4 are removed. By releasing the contact relationship with the bottom, each of the connecting elastic tongues 15... is rotated back to its original storage position in the clockwise direction by the force of the torsion springs 18, 18', and the above-mentioned operation is resumed. When the abutting relationship between the projecting wall 13 and the opening/closing plate 8 is released, the opening/closing plate 8 is pressed against the springs 11, 1.
1' slides back to the original closed position in the direction of arrow A and shields each connection conductive pattern 6 in the tape recorder main body 4 from the outside of the casing. There is no risk of directly facing each of the connection conductive patterns 6 through the body opening 7,
Therefore, there is no possibility that induced noise, induced hum, etc. generated by the human body or the like will be directly induced into each of the connection conductive patterns 6 and affect the audio signals, etc. Furthermore, according to the present invention, when the tape recorder body 4 is used as a portable device, the opening 7 of the housing is completely closed off by the opening/closing plate 8, so that dust and the like do not enter the housing. In addition to being able to prevent intrusion, parts inside the casing (for example, each connection conductive pattern 6, its printed circuit board 5, etc.) are not visible from the outside, and the appearance is good. In addition, when only the radio main body 1 is in use with the tape recorder main body 4 removed from the storage recess 2, each of the connecting elastic tongues 15 is inserted into the auxiliary recess formed on the inner wall of the storage recess 2. Since it is stored in the location 14,
Even if a foreign object such as a finger gets into the storage recess 2, since it does not directly come into contact with each of the connecting elastic tongues 15, induced noise, induced hum, etc. generated from the human body etc. will be induced and affect the audio signal. There is no risk of causing damage, and there is no risk of dust accumulating and causing poor contact. In this embodiment, the tape recorder main body has been described as a slave device, but conversely, the tape recorder main body can be used as a parent device and the radio main body can be removed or combined. As described above, according to the connecting device of the present invention, the device is a composite device that is used in combination with a parent device and a child device that are used independently, and is formed at a predetermined pitch on a printed circuit board inside the child device. a plurality of conductive patterns for connection, and each conductive pattern for connection;
An opening correspondingly formed in the casing of the child device, an opening/closing plate provided in the casing of the child device to open and close with the opening, and an opening/closing plate provided in the casing of the child device to open and close with the opening, and an opening/closing plate provided in the casing of the child device to accommodate the child device. A storage recess formed inside the device, a first actuating means provided on the parent device side to operate the opening/closing plate in connection with storage or removal of the child device from the storage recess, and each of the connections. a plurality of connecting elastic tongue-shaped pieces provided in the storage recess so as to be freely protrusive and retractable so as to come into contact with and separate from the conductive pattern through the opening; a second operating means for operating each connection elastic tongue piece, and when the child device is used after being removed from the storage recess of the parent device, the opening/closing plate is used to operate each connection inside the child device. Since the conductive pattern is configured to be shielded from the outside of the casing, it is possible to prevent foreign objects such as fingers and dust from entering the casing of the slave device through the opening, and also to reduce the appearance. Looks good too. Furthermore, when the slave device is removed from the storage recess and only the parent device is used, each of the connecting elastic tongues is operated to a position removed from the storage recess. Even if a foreign object such as a finger gets into the recess, there is no risk of it coming directly into contact with each of the connecting elastic tongues, and there is also no risk of dust directly accumulating and causing poor contact. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a connecting device for composite equipment that is extremely suitable for combined use and separate use, and its effects are very high.
