ことによつて前記水槽の上部空間に水微粒子を発
生させ前記水微粒子を送風作用により、前記上部
空間に形成した吹出口から外部に吹き出すように
した超音波加湿器において前記水槽8の水中に温
度センサー2を設置し、前記温度センサー2によ
り得られた信号を検知して前記水槽8の水中に設
置した発熱体3への通電の制御を行なう制御回路
4を加湿器本体1内へ設置したことを特徴とする
