    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. カムリングの内部に回転可能に配置されたロー
    タの外周に前記カムリングの内周カム面に摺接す
    る複数のベーンを保持し、この複数のベーンの背
    部に設けた背圧室に吐出後の圧油を導入するよう
    にしたベーンポンプにおいて、低温時にはベーン
    をカムリングに押付けるバネ作用をなし、高温時
    には縮む形状記憶合金製のバネ部材を前記背圧室
    に設けたことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
