ーブルの外周面を覆い、かつケーブル外面と所定
の間隔を保つて筒状に形成したケーシング外管を
設け、このケーシング外管の両端部とケーブルと
の間に、一端がケーシング外管及びケーシング外
管の支材に密接し、他端がケーブルの外周面と密
着する漏斗形状の充填材給排口を備えたカバーを
設け、このカバーの両端を各々締結手段を介して
ケーシング外管及びケーシング外管の支材とケー
ブル外周面とに密着固定し、ケーブルの外周面と
ケーシング外管及びカバーとによつて区画形成さ
れた空隙部にこれらを相互に密着して一体的に固
定させると共に、硬化後の物性がゴム状の弾性を
有する充填材を充填硬化させたことを特徴とする
