``Industrial Application Field'' The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a highly artistic decorative body expressing flowers, birds, wind, moon, etc., and particularly relates to a method of manufacturing a decorative body whose background has a decorative surface with a sense of perspective. "Prior art" Decorative bodies such as ornaments with three-dimensional shapes such as plates and pots,
Furthermore, a method of manufacturing a decorative body for a frame having a pictorial color by pasting colorful precious stones cut to a predetermined size onto a base body has been known for a long time. ``Problems to be solved by the invention'' However, it is almost impossible to accurately paste objects smaller than a certain size by hand, and it is difficult to form a decorative surface with a sense of perspective in the background. This was extremely difficult because it was not possible to blur the areas by mixing colors with fine particles. The present invention provides a decorative body that can easily and quickly obtain a decorative body whose background forms a decorative surface with a sense of perspective, and which realistically represents minute shapes of flowers, birds, wind, and moon, which could not be obtained with the conventional methods. The purpose is to provide a manufacturing method. "Means for Solving the Problems" In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional example, the method for manufacturing a decorative body of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. A decorative body 2 selected from precious stones is pasted on a certain mold base as necessary, and then small pieces 4 selected from precious stones are layered using an adhesive made of cyanoacrylate monomer. After sanding the surface,
It is characterized in that it can be peeled off from a peelable mold stand if necessary. "Example" An example of a method for manufacturing a decorative body according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, a material that does not reduce the adhesive strength of the adhesive used is molded or cut into a predetermined shape,
On the surface of the obtained base 1, as shown in FIG. 2, a decorative main body 2 whose surface has been formed in advance to have a predetermined smoothness, curved surface, or unevenness in the shape of the outline of a flower or bird, which is the central motif of the decorative body, is glued. Attach them one after another in Step 3 to form the central motif. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, small pieces 4 made of an appropriate material are layered with an adhesive to a thickness of 1 to 3 mm on the surface of the base 1 to which the decorative main body 2 is not attached. The small pieces 4 may be formed into an appropriate size and shape depending on the roughness of the decorative surface to be formed, and pieces having various colors may be mixed depending on the color scheme. The decorative main body 2 and the small pieces 4 may be made of various precious stones and jewelry, such as lapis lazuli, malachite, turquoise, white agate, black agate, red agate, coral, tiger's eye stone, opal, purple gold, etc. Precious metals such as silver and other materials are used. When the small particles 4 are layered using an adhesive, they may be arranged in a rough manner, and it is desirable that they be arranged densely. The material for the above adhesive is a cyanoacrylate adhesive known as a so-called instant adhesive;

It is desirable that the small particles 4 be densely packed without affecting the hue of the various precious stones used as the material for the small particles 4, and without worrying that the small particles 4 will be pushed up by the adhesive and become floating. Can be strongly bonded. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the small particles 4 layered to a predetermined thickness are polished together with the surface of the decorative main body 2 using sandpaper or a polishing machine. When polishing dishes, etc., the work can be done quickly and accurately by using a polishing machine with a predetermined curvature determined in advance. By finishing polishing as necessary as described above, any surface condition can be obtained from matte to glossy, and the natural color and luster of each material can be maintained by the adhesive. There will be no damage whatsoever. Furthermore, the application of such mechanical polishing is not normally thought to be possible, and in the field of precious stone painting, stones that have been cut or polished to a predetermined size and thickness in advance, and which have undergone final processing themselves, are used. It was only pasted on a predetermined location, and no attempt was made to polish it after it was pasted. This is the same even when powder is coated with adhesive.
The surface condition was largely dependent on the adhesive. As described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-25659, a tile in which the surface of the tile base is polished or ground to have a speckled pattern has been proposed, but such a tile has not yet been published. Since materials different from those used in the invention are used and, for example, adhesives as in the present invention are not used, there are no problems in using adhesives. The present invention, as mentioned above, seeks to overcome the problems that arise when using such adhesives. The obtained decorative body is as shown in Fig. 5,
The overall shape is shown in Figure 1. To give an example of the application of the material of the small pieces 4, a base of lapis lazuli (ulmar blue) is partially inlaid with malachite (turquoise) to create a background with depth. Furthermore, by forming a recess 5 in the decorative main body 2 in advance and layering the small pieces 4 in the above-mentioned direction inside the recess 5, a decorative body in which the decorative main body 2 and the small pieces 4 are combined in a complicated manner can be obtained. . Examples of the material for the base body 1 include metal plates such as iron plates and copper plates, wood plates, and stone plates, which are appropriately used in consideration of the weight, required strength, etc. of the intended decorative object.
Note that it is desirable to use a curing accelerator in conjunction with materials such as wooden boards that absorb the instant adhesive rapidly. In the above example, the base body 1 is used, but
The above method is applied using a removable mold, and the decorative object obtained by peeling off from the mold can be used as an accessory such as a pendant, a brooch, or a tie clip, or as a decorative object for a forehead. Of course, if this mold table is made uneven, it is possible to form a three-dimensional shape. ``Effects of the Invention'' Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to easily obtain a decorative body having a background with a sense of perspective, which has been difficult to obtain in the past. By varying the method of laying and the degree of polishing, it is possible to obtain decorative objects that are either fantastical or realistic. Furthermore, since a cyanoacrylate adhesive was used as the adhesive, it does not affect the hue of the various precious stones used as the material for the small pieces. Furthermore, there is no fear that the small pieces will be pushed up by the adhesive and become floatingly supported, and the small pieces can be tightly and firmly bonded.
