つて進退する駆動ユニツトを備えると共に、クラ
ンクシヤフトのピン部やジヤーナル部その他に超
仕上加工を行う加工ユニツトを有する加工ヘツド
の複数台をレールに移動自在に載架し、且つ該レ
ールの該駆動ユニツトの前面に位置する部分を該
駆動ユニツトに伴われて進退する可動レールで構
成し、これら加工ヘツドの任意の1台を該可動レ
ールに選択移動してその加工ヘツドを該駆動ユニ
ツトと共に前進させて、クランクシヤフトに超仕
上加工を施すようにしたものにおいて、該各加工
ユニツトを油圧モータや油圧シリンダその他の油
圧アクチユエータで作動される油圧作動式に構成
し、更に該各加工ヘツドに、該油圧アクチユエー
タに圧油を供給する油圧ポンプと、油タンクと該
駆動ユニツトの前面に設けた駆動軸に連結されて
該油圧ポンプに動力を伝達する背面のカツプリン
グとを設けると共に、該各加工ヘツドに該各加工
ユニツトの作動を制御するエア作動の制御ユニツ
トを搭載して、該制御ユニツトに該駆動ユニツト
の前面に設けたエア供給口に接続される該各加工
ヘツドの背面のエアジヨイントを介してエアを供
給するようにしたことを特徴とするクランクシヤ
