記帯状部材の長手方向の一部に設けられた締付け
耳部とを有し、 かつ上記内側重なり部分の先端形状は、その板
幅方向には斜めに切断された先細形状とし、また
板厚方向にはその内面側の部位よりも外面側の部
位が前方に突出する傾斜面を有するナイフエツジ
