軸受を介して支持された第１旋回台と、この第１
旋回台を旋回させる第１旋回駆動装置と、上記第
１旋回台下面の旋回中心より偏心した位置で旋回
軸受を介して支持された第２旋回台と、この第２
旋回台を所定角度範囲内で旋回させる第２旋回駆
動装置と、上記第２旋回台下面に鉛直面内で揺動
可能に取付けられた揺動アームと、この揺動アー
ムの先端に鉛直面内で揺動可能に取付けられたバ
