り構成されると共に、その基板ユニツトの各半導
体素子からの各引出配線は互にその配列順序を対
称にして並列に引き出され、この引出配線端には
接続ピンが設けられ、この接続ピンは前記２個の
感磁性半導体素子に接続する端子を備え、その内
の一方の感磁性半導体素子に対応する端子に配線
を施したコネクターにより外部に接続されたこと
