御するレーザーダイオード駆動回路において、前
記レーザーダイオードを駆動する駆動トランジス
タと、前記モニターダイオードを流れる電流値に
応じて電圧を発生する電圧発生手段と、基準電圧
と前記電圧発生手段で発生された電圧との差に応
じて前記駆動トランジスタを制御する制御トラン
ジスタと、前記基準電圧を発生するツエナーダイ
オードと、該ツエナーダイオードに流す電流を規
制する規制トランジスタとを備え、該規制トラン
ジスタのベース・エミツタ間に前記レーザーダイ
オードの順方向電圧を印加することにより該レー
ザーダイオード及び該規制トランジスタで定電流
源を構成し、前記ツエナーダイオードに流す電流
を一定にしたことを特徴とするレーザーダイオー
