- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シリコン系剥離基材のシリコン系剥離剤層
を有している表面に仮添着すべきシリコン系不乾
燥粘着糊膜は主成分がストレートシリコンワニス
にフツソ系界面活性剤を固型分重量比で０．１〜
２．０％添加して成る糊剤であつて、該糊剤を前
記剥離剤層の面に直接塗工して形成している耐熱
性貼着糊用の積層体。 (2) 前記シリコン系剥離基材の片面にシリコン
系剥離剤層を有している実用新案登録請求の範囲
第(1)項に記載の耐熱性貼着糊用の積層体。 (3) 前記シリコン系剥離基材の両面にシリコン
系剥離剤層を有し、この一方の表面にシリコン系
不乾燥粘着膜を仮添着している実用新案登録請求
の範囲第(1)項に記載の耐熱性貼着糊用の積層体
。 (4) 前記不乾燥粘着糊膜の主成分がストレート
シリコンワニスに硬化用触媒を添加した実用新案
登録請求の範囲第(1)項、第(2)項乃至第(3)項に
