Claims (1)
- 第１の油拡散ポンプと、該油拡散ポンプの外周
に略同心状に配置された環状の第２の油拡散ポン
プと、前記第１及び第２の油拡散ポンプとの間に
形成される大気と遮断された環状の中間室とを備
え、前記中間室を介在させて前記各油拡散ポンプ
を互いに一体化すると共に、第１の油拡散ポンプ
の背圧側と第２の油拡散ポンプの高真空側とを中
間室を介して接続するように構成してなる油拡散
ポンプ。
