助するアーク加工用高周波発生ユニツトにおいて
、前記直流電源の出力端子の一方と電力ケーブル
にて接続される第1の入力端子と、前記入力端子
と前記加工用電極に接続される出力端子との間に
接続されるカツプリングコイルの2次巻線と、前
記直流電源の他方の出力端子と被加工物とを結ぶ
電力ケーブルの途中または前記被加工物に接続さ
れる第2の入力端子と、第1のコンデンサ、火花
ギヤツプおよび前記カツプリングコイルの1次巻
線を直列接続した高周波振動回路と、前記高周波
振動回路の第1のコンデンサまたは火花ギヤツプ
と並列に接続された昇圧変圧器の2次巻線と、前
記第1の入力端子と出力端子との間に設けられた
加工電流検出器と、前記加工電流検出器が加工電
流を検出していないときに前記第1の入力端子に
供給される前記直流電源の出力電圧によつて充電
される第2のコンデンサと、前記第2のコンデン
サと直列に接続された前記昇圧変圧器の1次巻線
と、前記第2のコンデンサの充電電荷を前記昇圧
変圧器の1次巻線を通して放電するスイツチング
素子と、前記第2のコンデンサの端子電圧が所定
値に達したときに前記スイツチング素子を導通さ
せる点弧回路と、前記第1の入力端子と第2の入
力端子との間に接続された高周波バイパス用コン
デンサとを具備したアーク加工用高周波発生ユニ
ツト。 (2) 前記第1および第2の入力端子部には前記
バイパスコンデンサと並列に両波整流回路が設け
