Claims (1)
部に接着されて振動板をベンデイング振動させる
圧電素子と、上記振動板のノードラインに沿つて
上記振動板の表側に密着して配置されたシート状
の弾性体と、上記振動板の裏側にて上記圧電素子
の一方の電極およびその外側に位置するノードラ
インに密着して配置された異方導電性ゴムシート
と、この異方導電性ゴムシートの下側に配置され
、上記振動板をその圧電素子接着剤で覆う絶縁性
のベース板と、上記振動板およびベース板が嵌入
する内径を有し、上下の開口端部が上記弾性体と
ベース板の周縁部上に折曲されて上記弾性体と異
方導電性ゴムシートとの間に上記振動板を弾性支
持するケース部材とを備え、上記振動板および圧
電素子の一方の電極が上記異方導電性ゴムシート
を通してベース板に設けられた端子部に夫々導通
していることを特徴とする超音波トランスデユー
サ。 (2) 上記振動板は圧電素子の接着部分がケース
部材の外方に突出し、この突出部分の厚みを変え
て周波数調整が行なわれるようにしたことを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の超
