    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷却機構を備えた耐熱ランス３にその先端より
    不活性ガスを噴出すべく不活性ガス供給機構を接
    続するとともに、前記ランス３内部に先端へ向け
    てレーザ照射ヘツド７および散乱光受光ヘツド８
    を設け、両ヘツド７および８にはそれぞれ光フア
    イバーケーブル９，１１にてレーザ発振器１０お
    よび分析器１２を接続してなる溶融金属の成分分
    析装置。
