Claims (1)
- 油圧アクチユエーターのピストンロツドの位置
と操作レバーの位置との差を偏差検出器により検
出し、これに基づいて圧力流体を一対の電磁弁を
介して上記油圧アクチユエーターへ供給するよう
にした電気―油圧式アクチユエーターにおいて、
上記一対の電磁弁として上記油圧アクチユエータ
ーに付設された一対のオンオフ電磁弁と、上記偏
差検出器の出力に基づいて上記オンオフ電磁弁の
パルス巾制御を行う電磁弁駆動回路とを具えたこ
とを特徴とする電気―油圧式アクチユエーター。
