Claims (1)
- 基板に対し間隔を存して略平行に一対の支持杆
を突設し、該支持杆の両方若しくは少なくとも一
方の中間部に突部を形成し、両支持杆に亘つてそ
の基部側に多数枚の袋を上部に設けた支持杆の突
部外形より僅かに小さい孔で挿通して重合吊下さ
せ、該袋の前面に対向して吸気源に連通する吸引
ノズルを前後に往復動するよう設けて成る袋の自
動開口装置。
