隣接する行(又は列)で異なるように配置し、 導電性薄膜の配列を複数の行(又は列)に分割
し、 分割した行(又は列)中に存在する離間位置を
基準にして列(又は行)方向で分割して成るブロ
ツクを検出電極ブロツクとしたことを特徴とする
