あつて、前記通風ダクト内における冷却器の出口
側およびエアーカーテン吹出口の近傍にそれぞれ
設置して該部の空気温度を検出する第１および第
２の温度センサと、各温度センサの温度検出値を
入力として両検出値の温度差の時間に対する割合
の演算およびこの演算結果に基づく除槽信号の出
力を行う制御部とを有し、前記した第１の温度セ
ンサの検出値と第２の温度センサの検出値との間
の温度差の時間に対する割合があらかじめ定めた
設定値以上になつた際に制御部から除霜信号を出
力して冷却器の除霜を行うことを特徴とするオー
