Gas-liquid in conventional contact aeration equipment, in which the filling material is fixed in the water inside the tank, or the filling material is rotated horizontally in the tank, and the wastewater is passed through the filling material vertically and circulated in a convective manner. In order to solve the problem of poor contact efficiency, the present applicant filed Utility Application No. 56-186221 (U.S. Pat.
91497) proposed a device that circulates filler in one direction in an endless waterway. Of course, this prior device was able to achieve the desired effect, but
We discovered that a better effect can be achieved by immersing the filling material in water and moving part or all of the diffuser in one direction in the waterway, and we have arrived at the present invention. , will be explained with reference to the drawings.

Each filler is made of a material that can attach and grow a microbial film on the surface that biochemically treats organic components in the wastewater flowing into the tank, and as described in the earlier application, the lower end It consists of a string or ribbon-like object with a weight attached (left side in Figure 1), a net-like object such as a flat plate, corrugated plate, or lath (right side in Figure 1), and is hung with a small gap in the width direction of the waterway. When lowered, water can circulate in the channel through the small gap. For example, the fillers 3a and 3b are formed by extending arms 4 over the waterway in a cantilever manner at appropriate intervals from the inner and outer walls of the waterway in the longitudinal direction of the waterway, and these arms form a similar shape to the waterway. A number of inner and outer support rods 5a..., 5b... are erected over the waterway,
You can do it in any way you like, such as by hanging it from a support rod.

A rail 6 is laid along the outer and/or inner circumference of the circulation waterway 1, and here, a cross-shaped support frame 7 which also serves as a walkway is mounted on the rail 6 with wheels provided on each arm 7', and the sedimentation tank 2 is placed on the rail 6. It is rotatable around the center.

In the illustrated embodiment, a plurality of fixed air diffusers 8 are arranged at substantially equal intervals along the length of the waterway at the bottom of the waterway. A support 9 is provided on the walkway or arm 7' of the support frame 7, passing downward through the gap 3' between the fillers 3a and 3b, and the lower end of the support 9 is lower than the lower ends of the fillers 3a and 3b. At the bottom, a set of mobile air diffusers 1 is installed at a position above the fixed air diffusers 8.
Attach 0. An air supply pipe 8' is connected to each fixed air diffuser 8 from the outer or inner periphery of the circulation waterway 1,
The air supply pipe 10' to the mobile air diffuser is guided from the outside of the circulation waterway under the bottom, raised up into the tank along the center of the sedimentation tank 2, and projected from the center of the upper surface of the support frame 7.
A rotating joint may be attached to the upper end, and after guiding from the rotating joint along the walkway or arm of the support frame, it may be lowered into the water and connected to the air diffuser.
Note that the air supply pipe leading down from the walkway etc. can also be used as the support body 9. Furthermore, each of the fixed and movable air diffusers may be one capable of generating fine air bubbles in addition to a normal air diffuser pipe extending in the width direction of the waterway.

As a result, in the present invention, during operation, the mobile air diffuser 10 constantly circulates under the fillers 3a and 3b while blowing out air and oxygen along the waterway, and the mobile air diffuser 10 is moved by the circulating water flow. Of course, even when the motor 11 drives the wheels 6 and rotates the support frame, the wastewater introduced into the waterway from the wastewater introduction pipe 12 circulates in the waterway, and each filling material 3a, 3
It flows through a narrow gap in b. Bubbles such as air ejected from the moving and fixed air diffusers become pressurized and turbulent with respect to the water flow, preventing vertical rise and creating a kind of swirling flow.
Therefore, the bubbles are redirected, lag behind the water flow, and travel a long distance before rising to the surface.

In this way, the upward stroke of the bubbles becomes longer, and the contact time with the wastewater becomes longer, so the oxygen absorption rate of the wastewater doubles, and the wastewater flows at a uniform flow rate throughout the gap between each of the fillers 3a and 3b, so the filler The load is not biased, the entire amount of filler can be used effectively, and clogging between fillers does not occur. Therefore, there is no need for a backwash mechanism, and the processing per unit volume of filler is reduced. The capacity, that is, the throughput per unit volume of the waterway will improve.

Then, the treated water treated in the waterway is sequentially introduced into the sedimentation tank 2 through the drainage pipe 13, and the sludge is allowed to settle there, or alternatively, instead of the sedimentation tank 2, a similar waterway is installed in one or multiple ways, and the water is sequentially poured into the sedimentation tank 2. Treated water can be supplied to a heavy waterway and aerated in multiple stages.

In this embodiment, the fixed air diffuser 8 is placed at the bottom of the water channel, and the movable air diffuser 10 is circulated just above it. A fixed air diffuser is constructed by suspending a large number of air diffusers between the lower end of the support frame, and supplying air to each air diffuser using an air supply pipe extending in an octopus-like manner from a rotating joint on the upper center of the support frame. It can also be omitted.
