5と略平行となるよう基盤フレームに突出固定し
たガイドフレームで、上下動部5に直角に固定し
たガイド33を摺動自在に嵌合し、上下動部5、
原動体4等の上下動を安定良く行なうとともにガ
イドフレーム32に、適宜間隔で複数個のマイク
ロスイツチを形成し、これを上下動部5の上下動
に伴なうガイド33の接触により開閉し、上下動
機構の上下動を制御するものとする。34はガイ
ドフレーム32の上端を直角に折曲したストツパ
ーで、上下動部5の抜出防止用の突当部としてい
る。35は出入台28と洗浄槽24内とを連通す
る被洗浄物出入用の開口部で、上方に突出した案
内枠36に従つて上下動する開閉蓋によつて開閉
されるよう構成している。

更に良好とし、確実な洗浄効果を得ることができ
る。更に前述の如く超音波振動子29を洗浄台2
