Since the images are superimposed, accurate diagnosis becomes difficult if the diseases overlap in the thickness direction. In order to eliminate this drawback, computed tomography apparatuses (hereinafter referred to as X-ray CT apparatuses) are currently widely used. This X'frfACT device passes an X-ray beam from multiple directions perpendicular to the cross section of the patient's diagnostic position to obtain a large number of one-dimensional measurement values.Based on this, a computer generates a two-dimensional X'gA tomogram ( It seeks a cross-sectional image of the body. An X-ray CT device includes an X-ray tube that generates X-rays,
It consists of an X-ray detector that detects the amount of X-rays that have passed through the patient's body and an image processing device. Among these, the performance of the X-ray detector is particularly important, and in order to improve the spatial resolution, a large number of balanced temporary electrodes (for example, 512 elements) arranged at close intervals of less than l1 are filled with Xe gas. The structure is such that it is placed inside a container. In this X-ray detector, since the ionization current of Xe gas changes depending on the X'gALt that has passed through the body, the X-ray amount is detected by measuring this current.

This solid-state X-ray detector consists of a scintillator element that converts X-rays into light and a photodiode that further converts the light into electric current, and various structures with integrated pixel elements have been considered. i indicates absorption amount. The scintillator element 1 converts the absorbed X-rays into light according to the amount thereof, and emits the light to the amorphous silicon film 4 via the transparent amorphous oxide film 2 and the indium tin oxide film 3. Since the amorphous silicon film 4 constitutes a photodiode, it converts the incident light into a current corresponding to the amount of light, and outputs this current from the metal electrode 5 to an external circuit. Thereby, a current corresponding to the amount of X-rays incident on the scintillator element 1 is obtained from the metal electrode 5.
