Claims (1)
間隔をあけて連結一体化してなる浮動体が、機枠
に取り付けたガイドシヤフトにその軸線方向へ移
動自在に装着されるとともに、その浮動体が前記
ガイドシヤフトの軸線に沿ういずれかの方向にも
移動可能な中立位置に弾性体によつて支持され、
前記直動型アクチヤエータ取付部には、前記ガイ
ドシヤフトと平行な方向に動作する直動型アクチ
ユエータが前記受け座に向けて取り付けられ、そ
の直動型アクチユエータには受け座および機枠に
対して直線移動可能に係合したロツドが連結され
、さらに前記直動型アクチユエータ取付部と受け
座との間でガイドシヤフトに移動自在に装着され
た圧接板が前記ロツドに対して固定されるととも
に、その圧接板のうち前記受け座と対向する面に
圧力流体の被供給部材における流入口に連通させ
られる供給口が設けられていることを特徴とする
