うな従来のアイドル調整ねじの取付け機構を説明
する可変ベンチユリ型気化器の要部断面図であ
る。気化器本体1の横向きの吸気路内には絞り弁
軸6に固定された絞り弁5が設置され、絞り弁軸
6の気化器本体1外の部分には絞り弁レバー4が
固定されている。この絞り弁レバー4の端面には
支持板7に螺合したアイドル調整ねじ2の先端が
接触し、アイドル調整ねじ2の段付き部を支持板
7との間にはコイル状のスプリング3を巻回して
いる。即ち、このスプリング3のばね力で支持板
7とアイドル調整ねじ2とは固定され、アイドル
調整ねじ2を回転させなければ絞り弁5のアイド
ル開度は変化しない。なお、支持板7は気化器本
体1に固定されている板である。

し、丸棒部の端部と絞り弁レバーに近接した板と
の間に介在させた弾性部材の弾力およびローレツ
ト部とゴムホルダとの固着力とによつて、アイド
ル調整ねじを保持するごとく構成したことにあ
る。

辺の内側とアイドル調整ねじ12の丸棒部10の
端面との間に、コイル状のスプリング3を介在さ
せている。

に上記ねじ孔を設け、かつ、上記丸棒部が貫通す
る板の孔にゴムホルダを装着し、上記丸棒部の端
部と上記絞り弁レバーに近接した板との間に介在
させた上記弾性部材の弾力および上記ローレツト
部と上記ゴムホルダとの固着力とによつて、上記
アイドル調整ねじを保持するごとく構成したこと
を特徴とするアイドル調整ねじの戻り防止機構。
