Claims (1)
- 先端に設けられた溶湯採取口とプローブ内で連
通するガス導入通路及びガス排出通路とを有する
溶湯用プローブであつて、前記ガス導入通路及び
ガス排出通路の少なくとも溶湯と接触しない部分
を石英製管を内管とするとともに、前記ガス排出
通路下部の径を前記ガス導入通路下部の径よりも
大きくしたことを特徴とする溶湯分析用反応プロ
ーブ。
