- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属板の片面に圧電セラミツクスを設けた
ユニモルフ型振動子を用いたトナー残量センサで
あつて、前記金属板を、そのノードラインに沿つ
て皿状に屈曲形成するとともに、該記金属板の前
記屈曲部をセンサケーシングに支持したことを特
徴とするトナー残量センサ。 (2) 前記金属板とケーシングとの間にシリコン
ゴムが介在されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
(1)項に記載のトナー残量センサ。
