Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は蹴込部に電気ヒーター、送風機等を内
蔵した温風ユニツトを組み込んでなる家具の改良

近来、流し台、洗面化粧台等の蹴込部に温風ユ
ニツトを組み込み、キツチンや洗面室、脱衣所等
の暖房を行うようにしたものが、種々提案されて

扉１５や床材等部材への熱影響が大きく、さら
に、温風ユニツトの吹出グリルの材質にして
も、高価な耐熱材料を使用しなければならなく

本考案は上記の問題点に鑑みてなされたもの
で、蹴込部に電気ヒーター、送風機等を内蔵した
温風ユニツトを組み込み、前記蹴込部の蹴込板に
吹出口を設けてなる家具において、前記送風機と
吹出グリル間に取付板が配設され、該取付板にヒ
ーターを取付けてこのヒーター部分の取付板に通
風口を設けると共に、該通風口とは別に前記取付
板にバイパス通風口を並設してなる家具とするこ
とにより、暖房効果を最適化し、且つ他の部材へ
の熱影響を少なくした実用的な温風ユニツト組み

ユニツトの平面断面図で、ケーシング２の前面に
グリル３を設け、このグリル３には、吸気グリル
４、吹出グリル５を設ける。前記ケーシング２の
内部には、前記吸気グリル４から前記吹出グリル
５へ通じる通風路を仕切板２−１等で構成し、こ
の通風路に送風機１３とPTCヒーター等の電気
ヒーター９を設ける。図は円形のPTCヒーター
を用いた例で、この電気ヒーター９は第２図に示
すように、電極１０ではさんで、絶縁物１２を介
して取付板６に取付ける。１１は電源電線であ
る。取付板６には、傾斜角θのガイド７を設けた
バイパス通風口８を、電気ヒーター９の近くに設
ける。前記ガイド７の傾斜角θは約５〜45度程度
で、取付板６と吹出グリル５との間で、ヒーター
通過温風１７とバイパス通過冷風１８とが交叉す
るような関係にする。第３図は第２図のＡ矢視図
である。尚前記バイパス通風口８やガイド７の形
状、大きさ、位置、数等は図面に限定されるもの

本考案は上記の如く、蹴込部に電気ヒーター、

いて、前記送風機と吹出グリル間に取付板が配設
され、該取付板にヒーターを取付けてこのヒータ
ー部分の取付板に通風口を設けると共に、該通風
口とは別に前記取付板にバイパス通風口を並設し
てなる家具であり、送風機と吹出グリル間に配設
した取付板に、通風口と並設してバイパス通風口
を設けているので、温風温度の上限をおさえるこ
とができて、その結果、家具の扉や床面材、また
は吹出グリル等への熱影響をおさえる効果があ
り、また温風温度の温度ムラ、風量ムラを平均化
