【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は蹴込部に電気ヒーター、送風機等を内
蔵した温風ユニツトを組み込んでなる家具の改良
に関するものである。

ニツトを組み込み、キツチンや洗面室、脱衣所等
の暖房を行うようにしたものが、種々提案されて
いる。

も、高価な耐熱材料を使用しなければならなく
なるのである。

吹出口を設けてなる家具において、前記送風機と
吹出グリル間に取付板が配設され、該取付板にヒ
ーターを取付けてこのヒーター部分の取付板に通
風口を設けると共に、該通風口とは別に前記取付
板にバイパス通風口を並設してなる家具とするこ
とにより、暖房効果を最適化し、且つ他の部材へ
の熱影響を少なくした実用的な温風ユニツト組み
込み家具を提供できるようにしたものである。

グリル3を設け、このグリル3には、吸気グリル
4、吹出グリル5を設ける。前記ケーシング2の
内部には、前記吸気グリル4から前記吹出グリル
5へ通じる通風路を仕切板2−1等で構成し、こ
の通風路に送風機13とPTCヒーター等の電気
ヒーター9を設ける。図は円形のPTCヒーター
を用いた例で、この電気ヒーター9は第2図に示
すように、電極10ではさんで、絶縁物12を介
して取付板6に取付ける。11は電源電線であ
る。取付板6には、傾斜角θのガイド7を設けた
バイパス通風口8を、電気ヒーター9の近くに設
ける。前記ガイド7の傾斜角θは約5〜45度程度
で、取付板6と吹出グリル5との間で、ヒーター
通過温風17とバイパス通過冷風18とが交叉す
るような関係にする。第3図は第2図のA矢視図
である。尚前記バイパス通風口8やガイド7の形
状、大きさ、位置、数等は図面に限定されるもの
ではない。

口とは別に前記取付板にバイパス通風口を並設し
てなる家具であり、送風機と吹出グリル間に配設
した取付板に、通風口と並設してバイパス通風口
を設けているので、温風温度の上限をおさえるこ
とができて、その結果、家具の扉や床面材、また
は吹出グリル等への熱影響をおさえる効果があ
り、また温風温度の温度ムラ、風量ムラを平均化
することができて暖房効果が向上するのである。
