Claims (1)
パスラインに向つて開口したミラー内に配置した
高圧水銀灯から放射される紫外線を照射する装置
において、前記ミラーは、高圧水銀灯からの放射
光のうち可視光と赤外線を透過し、紫外線を反射
するダイクロイツクミラーで構成し、被処理物と
高圧水銀灯との間に、赤外線を吸収する材料に可
視光を反射する薄膜を施したフイルタを配置して
なる紫外線照射装置。 (2) 赤外線を吸収する材料として透明石英ガラ
スを用い、可視光を反射する薄膜として蒸着膜を
用いたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
