本考案は光高温計におけるカバーガラス装置に

て無端状の溝３を形成し、該溝３に端縁４ａを嵌
合してガラス板４をホルダー１に取付け、このホ
ルダー１を対物レンズ５の光路ａ上前方に設けた
筒体６の先端に嵌合し、筒体６の先端に設けた螺
子７に押えリング８を螺合して該押えリング８と
前記筒体６の受縁６ａとの間にホルダー１を挾装
