記砥石の回転軸方向の位置を検出する砥石位置検
出器と、該砥石位置検出器から得られた前記砥石
の回転軸方向位置に対応させて前記積層形圧電素
子への印加電圧をコントロールする制御装置とを
備えていることを特徴とする研削盤の砥石修正装
