て無塵布地状に構成してなるカバー本体１の裏面
側に、通気可能な微小な空隙孔を多数有する微多
孔膜層９を形成してなることを特徴とする無塵カ
バー。 ２ 前記微多孔膜層９が約０．３μｍ程度の空隙
孔を多数有してなる樹脂層である実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載の無塵カバー。
