Traditionally, mesh knitted fabrics are mostly produced using warp knitting machines due to their organizational structure, and are widely used as knitted fabrics for spring and summer. However, these knitted fabrics have little elasticity and are unsuitable for fields that require stretchability, such as sports clothing, and it has been particularly difficult to make reversible knitted fabrics. Regarding circular knitted fabrics, there are many mesh knitted fabrics produced by special knitting machines using eyelet needles, but the knitted fabrics are single knitted fabrics and it is difficult to obtain reversible knitted fabrics.

Further, double-sided mesh knitted fabrics with tack structures have been developed, but completely open mesh knitted fabrics have not yet been obtained.

The present invention is a reversible knitted fabric in which a hydrophobic fiber yarn is used on the dial side and a hydrophilic fiber yarn is used on a part of the cylinder side, and the dial side has a needle-extracted structure, and the needles are removed on both sides. This double-sided mesh fabric is made by removing one stitch that is knitted twice using only cylinder needles.

At yarn feeder 1, feed the hydrophobic fiber yarn with a dial needle.
The yarn is fed so that stitches are formed by a 1 , a 3 and all cylinder needles b 1 , b 2 , b 3 , and b 4 . At the yarn feeder 2, the hydrophobic fiber yarn is fed so that stitches are formed by dial needle a4 and every other cylinder needles b2 and b4 . At yarn feeder 3, the hydrophobic fiber yarn C is transferred to yarn feeder 1.
Stitches are formed using the same dial needles a 1 and a 3 and every other cylinder needles b 1 and b 3 opposite to the yarn feeder 2. At the yarn feeder 4, stitches are formed from the hydrophobic fiber yarn 2 using the same dial needle a4 as the yarn feeder 2 and cylinder needles b2 and b3 adjacent to the plane of the dial needle a2 that has been removed. At the yarn feeder 5, stitches are formed using only all the cylinder needles of the hydrophilic fiber yarn, and at the yarn feeder 6, similar to the yarn feeder 5, stitches are formed using only all the cylinder needles. At the yarn feeder 7, the cylinder needles on both sides of the same cylinder needle as the yarn feeder 2, that is, the dial needles that have been removed, are lifted without supplying yarn, thereby removing the stitch formed at the previous yarn feeder 6, thereby creating a mesh. Form a stitch.

The double-sided mesh knitted fabric of the present invention formed as described above has a beautiful mesh structure with completely open portions A as shown in Fig. 2, and also has excellent stretchability unique to circular knitted fabrics. Furthermore, since it has a reversible structure, for example, the front side B is made of materials with excellent physical performance such as polyester fibers and nylon fibers, and the back side C is made of hydrophilic fibers such as cotton, giving it both an excellent cool feeling and practicality. It is possible to provide a fabric for sports clothing with the following features.
