Claims (1)
- 本体ケース平板の下部に低速モータを取付け、
該本体ケース平板の上面に突出した低速モータの
シヤフトに焙煎わん皿を円筒耐熱透明ガラス内に
回転自在に取付け、該焙煎わん皿の凹面上部に焙
煎空間を保ち、焙煎空間の上方にヒータを設け、
焙煎わん皿の回転中心線を２５°〜６５°の傾斜
角に設定し運転することを特徴とする焙煎機。
