Claims (1)
- 下端にガス流入部を有するホツパーを備えた竪
設置の粗目の内側フイルターと細目の外側フード
フイルターにより形成される二重バグ型サンプリ
ングフイルター装置と、該サンプリングフイルタ
ー装置の外周に接続したサンプリングガス導出管
に連通する圧力流量調節器とを備え、該圧力流量
調節器のフイルター室出口部に形成される滞留室
に計測器に接続される検体ガス導出管の流出口を
臨ませたことを特徴とする有害ガスの濃度測定用
サンプリング装置。
