切部材が第二ダンパ液室に臨まされて設けられ、
該仕切部材の大径オリフイスに対向する外側にダ
ンパマスを有する弾性部材が密着されて仕切部材
と共に第三ダンパ液室を形成し、更に該弾性部材
の裏面に空気室が設けられていることを特徴とす
