Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、溶接ガン装置に関し、更に詳細に
は、トランスを保持する保持枠の前端部に1対の
ガンアームを開閉自在に枢着し、該両アームを該
両アーム間の加圧機構を介して連結して開閉動作
させるようにした溶接ガン装置に関する。従来こ
の種装置においては、ガンアームの枢着位置の後
方に加圧機構を配置して、更にその後方にトラン
スを配置するを一般としてもので、これによれば
加圧機構とガンアーム枢着位置との距離が比較的
短くなつて、ガンアームに所望の加圧力を作用さ
せるには大型の加圧部材が必要となり、又ガンア
ームとトランスとの距離が比較的長くなつてこの
間の通電路での電力ロスが大きくなり、消費電力
が増す不都合を伴なう。本発明は、加圧部材とト
ランスとの配置位置を従来のものとは逆にして上
記の不都合を解消した装置を提供することをその
目的とするもので、トランスを保持する保持枠の
前端部に1対のガンアームを開閉自在に枢着し、
該両アームを該両アーム間の加圧機構を介して開
閉動作させるようにした溶接ガン装置において、
該両アームの後端部を該トランスの配置部を挾ん
で該配置部の後方に延長し、その延長端に該加圧
