Conventional dryers for concrete curing use a vacuum evaporation boiler, but the large amount of water in the can increases the weight, making it impossible to transport to the desired location, and temperature and humidity are controlled using the evaporation method. Therefore, it has the disadvantage that it remains constant and cannot be adjusted.

A cylinder 3 is connected to the injection hole 2 of the burner 1, and a heat shielding material 4 is provided on the injection hole 2 side inside the cylinder 3. The injection nozzle 5 is mounted at the center of the cylinder 3 so as to face inside the cylinder 3. High-pressure water is supplied to the injection nozzle 5 by a pump 8 connected to a source water tank 6 with a liquid level adjustment device via a first pipe 7, and the injection nozzle 5 and the pump 8 are connected via a second pipe 9. A pressure regulating valve 10 and an electromagnetic on-off valve 11 are provided in the middle of the second pipe 9. A return pipe 12 to the source water tank 6 is connected to the pressure regulating valve 10 . 13 of the second pipe 9 is a pressure gauge for indicating water pressure. A fan 1 is installed at the exhaust port 14 of the cylinder body 3.
5. Connect the ducts 16 to guide the hot air to a desired location. These are mounted on a wheeled truck 17 and are movable. Further, 18 is a drain pipe connecting the bottom of the cylindrical body 3 and the source water tank 6.

For example, when the trolley 17 is carried near a concrete product, the burner 1 is ignited, and the pump 8 is started, high-temperature gas is generated from the injection hole 2 due to high-temperature combustion, and the electromagnetic on-off valve 11 is activated. open. On the other hand, by starting the pump 8, the water in the source water tank 6 is adjusted to the set pressure by the pressure regulating valve 10, and water is injected into the cylinder 3 from the injection nozzle 5 in the form of mist. Therefore, the high temperature gas discharged from the exhaust port 14 has a constant humidity. A high-temperature, high-humidity gas with a constant humidity is passed through a duct 16 by a fan 15,
It blows air to concrete products. The fan 15 is used when the duct 16 is long, and is not used when the duct 16 is short. Further, water accumulated at the bottom of the cylinder body 3 is drained to the source water tank 6 through a drain pipe 18.

When the burner 1 is extinguished, the electromagnetic on-off valve 11 is closed in conjunction, and water supply to the injection nozzle 5 is stopped.

As described above, in the present invention, the injection nozzle 5 is attached to the cylindrical body 3 to which the burner 1 is connected, and water from the source water tank 6 is supplied to the injection nozzle 5. Gas can be supplied and curing can be done quickly.

Furthermore, since the burner 1 and the injection nozzle 5 are provided on the cylindrical body 3, as well as the source water tank 6 and the pump 8, the weight is reduced. Then, these can be transported by the trolley 17, and drying can be carried out at any location.

Further, the water supplied to the injection nozzle 5 is kept at a constant pressure by the pressure regulating valve 10, and by supplying water at the constant pressure to the injection nozzle 5, the amount of water to be injected becomes constant. Therefore, at the exhaust port 14, a high temperature drying gas having a desired constant temperature and humidity is exhausted. That is, a constant amount of water is injected from the injection nozzle 5 into the cylinder 3 by setting the water pressure to a predetermined pressure, thereby obtaining high-temperature gas for drying at a constant temperature and humidity. For this reason, temperature and humidity can be controlled, and more precise drying work can be performed.

Furthermore, since all the exhaust gas from the burner 1 can be discharged for drying, thermal efficiency is high and it is useful for energy saving.

As for maintenance, in the boiler system, canned water must be treated, but in the present invention, water is directly injected using the nozzle 5, so there is no need to manage water at all, and maintenance is simple.
