Generally, it is knitted by knitting rubber threads into a plain knitted fabric, which is the ground knitting of socks, and because there are many exposed parts of the surface of the rubber threads, the rubber threads are easily knitted when washed or dried in sunlight. It has a tendency to be easily damaged. In addition, the rubber thread contracts and only produces a ridge protrusion in the direction perpendicular to the plain knitted structure on the back of the sock, and the ground thread, such as synthetic fiber yarn, which has a relatively good texture and has a low coefficient of friction, appears on the back of the sock. Therefore, it is relatively easy to slip on the socks, and since the ridge protrusions are only in the vertical direction, the load direction of these and the slip-off of the socks is the same, so the resistance is small and the effect of preventing slip-off is small. Not only does the slipping of the socks make the socks uncomfortable to wear, but also when the socks are worn for long periods of time or during exercise, the sagging part hits the feet, causing foot pain and shoe blisters.

The structure is a plating stitch in which ground yarn and elastic thread with high friction made of spandex yarn are simultaneously fed to the opening of the sock, with the ground thread on the front side of the sock and the elastic thread on the back side. knitting a ground knitted fabric so that each part of the elastic yarn comes out, and forming a loop of the elastic yarn by floating a part of the elastic yarn and inserting the rubber thread into the ground knitting fabric by a suitable number of wefts, or by pile knitting, A large number of these loops are assembled to form a convex portion having an appropriately shaped length and width protruding from the back surface of the ground knitted fabric of the sock, and the convex surface portion is formed intermittently in substantially the longitudinal and lateral directions on the back surface of the sock.

The base yarn 2 and elastic yarn 1 such as spandex yarn with high friction are fed simultaneously to the cuff part A of the sock and are knitted by plating, and the base yarn 2 is placed on the surface of the sock.
In addition, the elastic yarn 1 is knitted to form a ground knitted fabric 5 by plain knitting so that it appears on the back side, a part of the elastic yarn 1 on the back side knits loops 1a, and these many loops are gathered to form a ground knitted fabric 5. A protruding, substantially rectangular convex portion 4 is formed. The convex surface portions 4 are formed intermittently on the back surface of the sock in a substantially lateral direction, and are provided in several stages in the vertical direction of the sock.

In the convex portion 4, the above ground knitted fabric 5 and the loop 1a are connected to each other.
Insert the rubber thread 3 into the opening elastic part A in a tack stitch so as to sew between the ground knitted fabric 5 and the surface of the ground knitted fabric 5, and also to sew the front and back sides of the area where only the ground knitted fabric 5 is used. The rubber portion A is contracted into a ring shape, thereby increasing the height of the convex portion 4 and increasing the density of the loop 1a.

The loop 1a can be formed by, for example, floating knitting or pile knitting. That is, when knitting the ground knitted fabric 5 by plating, if the elastic yarn 1 is not applied to the needle at a certain portion and the stitch is not knitted, the elastic yarn 1 becomes a floating yarn. After this floating knitting, the rubber yarn 3 is inserted into the weft and the ground knitted fabric 5 is contracted as described above, so that the elastic yarn 1, which is the floating yarn, forms a loop 1a. In addition, in the case of pile knitting, a device such as a pile sinker is used to align the ground thread 2 and the elastic thread 1 that will become the pile thread, and perform plate knitting, and only the elastic thread is scooped up at a certain part during knitting and pulled to the pile sinker. Loop 1a protrudes from the 5th side of the knitted fabric by enlarging the sinker loop.

Weft insertion of the rubber thread 3 is carried out by placing the needles knitting the two types of yarns in the elastic part A in a tack position. In this method, jacks are arranged for every other needle in the cylinder, and by arranging two cams that act on the jacks and a cam of an auxiliary mechanism, the needles without jacks tack, thereby inserting the rubber thread 3.

When actually knitting the cuff part A of the sock, a large number of convex parts 4 are provided intermittently in the horizontal direction, and a ground knitted fabric 5' is provided between these convex parts 4. After knitting several wales in the vertical direction and configuring 1 cm to 3 cm, several wales of the ground knitted fabric 5 are knitted, and the convex surface portion 4 is knitted again. In this way, the convex portions 4 and the ground knitted fabric 5 are alternately knitted as shown in FIG.

This device has the above structure, and the loop on the bottom of the shoe made of elastic thread such as spandex thread with high friction is pressed against the outer circumference of the foot, and the loop tip effectively contacts the skin, which has a sufficient effect to prevent the shoe from slipping down. . Moreover, in this invention, a convex surface formed by collecting a large number of loops made of elastic yarn is also provided in the lateral direction of the sock, so it is perpendicular to the direction of the load on which the sock slips down, and the convex part formed by collecting many loops of elastic yarn is placed at right angles to the direction of the load on the sock, which prevents the sock from slipping down. It is much more effective in preventing slipping off than those that are installed only vertically. In addition, the convex portions are provided intermittently in the horizontal direction across the concave portions, that is, the knitted fabric portions, and this forms a horizontal ridge as a whole, and this horizontal ridge forms a concave portion through the knitted fabric. Since the sock is knitted in several tiers, the elastic part A of the sock conforms to the outer circumference of the foot on which it is worn, and the skin of the foot gets into the concave part, and the skin also touches the side of the loop made of elastic thread on the outer periphery of each convex part. , and the contact area between the elastic thread with a high coefficient of friction and the skin is larger than when the elastic thread with a high friction coefficient is simply exposed on the underside of the shoe. Therefore, the effect of preventing slipping off is great. In addition, since the convex sections 4 are arranged intermittently in the vertical and horizontal directions on the inner periphery of the back surface of the mouth rubber part A, the entire outer circumference of the foot wearing the shoe is not evenly tightened, and the area where the convex sections touch and the ground There is a difference in the tightening force or cushioning properties between the part that touches the ground, and the mouth rubber part A does not stop blood circulation, so even if you wear it for a long time, the contact part may become congested and swell. There is no. In this respect, shoes that simply have elastic threads with a high degree of friction exposed on the underside of the shoe have no cushioning properties, and the abutting area is likely to become engorged with blood. Furthermore, even when an appropriate number of rubber threads are inserted into the opening elastic part A, the knitted fabric part between the horizontally adjacent convex parts becomes pleated and folds regularly, so the loops are too dense. It is possible to have an appropriate binding force with ordinary rubber thread without bulging outward, and the opening rubber part does not become loose due to the density of the loop, and has durability.

Furthermore, each of the many loops that make up the convex surface has only the root part fixed to the knitted fabric, and the tip is free, and has elasticity, so the loop tip can be moved by the movement of the skin of the foot in contact with it. The socks move vertically and horizontally depending on the situation, but the elasticity of the loops gives them a force to return to their original position, and the socks do not fall off. Therefore, with conventional socks that have a fixed place to prevent them from slipping down, this stops the movement of the skin of the foot, causing discomfort, but with this design, the socks do not slip down, and the movement of the skin of the foot is constant, especially on convex surfaces. It allows freedom within limits, and since it is an elastic thread, it has good cushioning properties and is comfortable to wear.

In addition, the rubber thread has a convex surface as shown in FIG.
It is located between the ground knitted fabric and the loop, and is covered by the tip of the adjacent loop, so it is not exposed on the back of the sock, so compared to conventional socks, there is less exposed part on the front and back, and when washing etc. Pain is reduced.

Furthermore, in this invention, a convex part consisting of a large number of loops is intermittently formed on the back side of the cuff of the sock,
Despite having the effect of preventing the sock from slipping down, the surface of the opening rubber part is knitted fabric similar to the knitted fabric of other parts of the sock, giving a smooth design.
