In a prefabricated liquid storage tank in which the bottom wall is formed by sequentially connecting multiple unit panels, the top surface of the bottom wall will be flat as a whole if only the unit panels are sequentially connected. As the amount of liquid decreases, the liquid no longer collects near the drain port, resulting in incomplete drainage.

In this invention, a fixture is fixed in contact with the joining edge of the unit panels that make up the bottom wall, and a unit spacer prepared in advance is placed between the pedestal and the fixture to raise the upper surface of the bottom wall. An assembled liquid storage tank is constructed in which the upper surface of the bottom wall is sloped by increasing the number of sheets depending on the user's preference, so that drainage can be carried out completely, and the slope can be adjusted arbitrarily and reliably. This is what we provide.

Fig. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view, Fig. 2 is a partially cutaway sectional view, Fig. 3 is an enlarged sectional view taken along the line of Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 is an enlarged sectional view taken along the line of Fig. 1.
Figure 5 is an enlarged sectional view taken along the line of Figure 1;
The figure is a partially cutaway sectional view showing another embodiment. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the assembly type liquid storage tank of the present invention, a bottom wall 3 is constructed by sequentially connecting a plurality of unit panels 1 having joint edges 2. The unit panel 1 is a right-angled quadrilateral, and has joining edges 2 standing upright on its four peripheries.The joining edges 2 are directed downward, and the joining edges 2 of adjacent unit panels 1 are tightly attached, and the joining edges 2 are fixed with bolts or the like. They are connected to form the bottom wall 3. The bottom wall 3 has an inclined upper surface to ensure complete drainage. In FIGS. 1 and 2, an example is shown in which the top surface of the bottom wall 3 is inclined in a hopper shape. In order to tilt the top surface of the bottom wall 3 in this manner, the fixture 4 is fixed in contact with the joining edge 2 of the four unit panels 1 near the cross-shaped joint. The fixture 4 is, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5,
An angular shape abutting the inner side of the joint edge 2 is shown, and the unit panel 1 is fixed at the same time as the unit panel 1 is connected by bolts 5 or the like. Meanwhile, a pedestal 7 is assembled on the foundation 6. As the frame 7, one using H-shaped steel is illustrated. The frames 7 are arranged at intervals corresponding to approximately one side of the unit panels 1, and are assembled so as to correspond to the connecting portions of the unit panels 1. Between this pedestal 7 and the fixture 4, the number of unit spacers 8 is successively increased as the upper surface of the bottom wall 3 is made higher. The unit spacer 8 is illustrated as a plate-shaped one, and a large number of unit spacers 8 are prepared and attached to the fixture 4 and the pedestal 7 at the center of the bottom wall where the top surface of the bottom wall 3 is at its lowest point. One unit spacer 8 is interposed between them. Next, add two unit spacers 8
Further, three unit spacers 8 are interposed between the fixtures 4 and the frame 7 on both sides of the bottom wall 3, where the top surface of the bottom wall 3 is at the highest position. The mount 7, the unit spacer 8, the fixture 4, and the bolt 9 are fixed through each other, and the top surface of the bottom wall 3 is inclined in a hopper shape.

The present invention is not limited to the above.
For example, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the unit spacer 8 is not interposed between the fixture 4 and the pedestal 7 on one side of the bottom wall 3 corresponding to the lowest position, and the units are By increasing the number of spacers 8 one by one, the top surface of the bottom wall 3 may be inclined at a constant slope from one side to the other, or, although not shown, a portion of the bottom wall may be It doesn't have to be tilted. Further, the pedestal 7 and the unit spacer 8 are not limited to those illustrated.
In particular, the thickness of the unit spacer 8 can be set arbitrarily. A drainage port is provided in the unit panel 1 at the lowest position of the top surface of the bottom wall 3.

In the figure, reference numeral 10 indicates a channel-shaped frame member placed and fixed on the pedestal 7, and 11 indicates a side wall. This side wall 11 is a unit panel 1 constituting the bottom wall 3.
In this example, the same unit panels 1 are used, placed on a frame material 10, and adjacent unit panels 1 are successively connected. Reference numeral 12 indicates a gasket interposed between the joint edges 2 of the unit panel 1.

As described above, the present invention abuts and fixes the fixture to the joint edge near the cross-shaped joint of four unit panels,
Spacers are interposed between the frame and the fixture by increasing the number of unit spacers in order to increase the height of the top surface of the bottom wall, so by simply changing the number of unit spacers, no special unit panel or frame is required. The slope of the top surface of the bottom wall can be made into a hopper type where the center part is lowest, or the top surface of the bottom wall can be sloped at a constant slope from one side to the other without preparing multiple types of auxiliary members such as objects. The slope of the isobathal wall can be set arbitrarily. When the top surface of the bottom wall is sloped in this way, drainage is good. That is, when the amount of liquid in the assembled liquid storage tank decreases, the liquid collects at the lower part of the bottom wall and is completely drained. Further, the upper surface of the bottom wall is inclined by changing the number of unit spacers interposed between the pedestal and the fixture. For example, if the bottom wall is made up of unit panels with a side of 100 cm, then the slope of the bottom wall is
If you want to make it 1/100, prepare a unit spacer with a thickness of 1 cm. The number of unit spacers may be increased sequentially, such as one at the lowest bottom wall position, then two at the highest position, and three at the highest position.
Furthermore, if no unit spacer is interposed at the lowest position, then two unit spacers are interposed at the highest position, and four unit spacers are interposed at the highest position, the gradient of the inclination can be reduced to 1/50. Therefore, according to the present invention, the slope of the bottom wall can be easily and arbitrarily set, and the slope can be set reliably.
