【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は複数個の単位体パネルを相互に組合せ
接合し、各種壁面を構成することのできる水槽用
保温形単位体パネルに関するものである。 一般に、単位体パネルは第1図に示すごとくプ
ラスチツク又は鉄等の材料で作られているため比
較的熱を通し易く、特に高い保温性能あるいは完
全な耐結路性能を必要とする場合には、単位体パ
ネルに保温材層を設けて熱を通しにくい構造とし
て単位体パネルを使用するのが一般的である。 この保温形単位体パネルは第2図乃至第5図に
示すように、プラスチツク又は鉄等の単位体パネ
ル本体1,2に、プラスチツク発泡体、グラスウ
ール、ハニカム等の熱が通りにくい部材からなる
保温層3を取り付け、さらにこの保温層3を単位
体パネル1,2と同材質若しくはパネル組立式タ
ンクに適するその他の材質でできたカバー4で覆
つたものである。 第2図と第3図に示す保温形パネルは、単位体
パネル本体の形状が、方形の受圧面aの周縁に内
向きに、45゜傾斜した傾斜縁bを連設し該縁の外
周縁に受圧面と90゜をなす直立縁cを同じく内向
きに連設した形の場合であり、第4図と第5図に
示す保温形パネルは、45゜傾斜した傾斜縁bがな
く方形の受圧面aの周縁に内向きに受圧面と90゜
をなす直立縁cを直接連接した場合である。 又、第2−1図、第3−1図、第4−1図、第
5−1図は受圧面と90゜をなす直立縁cにて単位
体パネルを接続し、タンクの1壁面を作る場合で
あり、そして第2−2図、第3−2図は受圧面a
と45゜をなす傾斜縁bにて、第4−2図、第5−
2図は受圧面aと直立縁cにて単位パネルを接続
し、タンク側壁のコーナー部、側壁と底板の接合
部、あるいは側壁と屋根の接合部を形成させる場
合である。 以下第2図乃至第5図に基き従来仕様の保温形
パネルについて説明すると、第2図に示す保温形
単位体パネルは従来より一般に使用されて来たも
